Spider Weaver, written by Dr. Margret Musgrove and illustrated by Bat Boulandi, was the first children's book I have designed. The book's layout consists of painted wooden slabs with text to go along with it. This is the second edition of Spider Weaver and is published under the Apprentice House. Indesign was used to create and design the book layout for print. Below are examples of the book spread and design.
